Recently there was a hiatus dealing with a really stupid person. I recently had a laugh with a mate when he sent me a mail with her picture pasted all over it. This is what really happened:

1. She came early in the morning, parked and walked away.
2. People start coming in and found that she double parked.
3. Some of them were so pissed that they complained to the security people and they clamped her car.
4. Emails were sent to the owner of the car but there was no reply like 2 hours later.
5. She still don’t know that she double parked, she saw her car was clamped and asked the security why it was clamped?

It might not be a good time but I finally got myself a new toy. Here’s a hint: it’s a DSLR. This pricey baby has got me back to the DLSR world because I find my Sony DSC-R1 has several limitations:

1. No matter how good a Prosumer camera is, it is still a point and shoot and you will hate shooting in low light condition. Yes, there could be flash and yes there would be good noise removal software but the deadpan 1-2 seconds of focusing will leave things more to be desired. Not to mention that sometimes it will fail to focus.

You want to know how to get your kids off cigarette? Introduce them something that will relieve of their stress. You guys have been pumping them with tuitions, extra-curricular activities and even drowning them with homeworks. I tell you man, with the amount of weight of the textbooks these kids to carry to school, I’m not surprise why they even smoke.

I’m not sure whether you guys have encountered a boss that doesn’t use a reasoning or logic but I have. Recently this idiot was messaging me on the phone asking me to clear up the shipping boxes that came with the printers. You can just imagine how big that box is? When I told him I’m still recovering, the idiot messaged: “You got to do it by Wednesday.”

What the hell… I thought managers are promoted because they have better visibility and that they can use good judgments. Apparently I was so wrong.

What or who should I act stupid in order to get me promoted in work?
