One of the worst things that can happen to you during work time is low morale. With a pity pay increment and no job grade upgrade, time has slowed down for me. I’m beginning to take things slowly because I do not want to go through those ordeals again. Why would I fight so hard to accomplish my goal when my boss isn’t going to appreciate what I do?
