It’s been shitty these days. My performance review sunk because of disagreeing manager on what we should be concentrating on. It pissed me off because I couldn’t upgrade my job grade and I get a lower pay increment. This is totally bad because many of us were screwed although we had good results last year.

I think I should do commercial real estate to make an extra buck.

It really doesn’t add up does it? Why does our performance have to suffer just because a new boss dictate that this is not what he wanted and thus some of us have to suffer for it? This is utterly disappointing that I practically do not have any motivation to do my job.

The worst thing the manager could come out is: “I only care about you developing your team.”

I thought that’s what I was doing last year.
